Unfair
It’s unfair how you lend your ears and heart to someone, but that someone wouldn’t do the same.
It’s unfair how you give your undivided attention, but still not get even half of it in return.
It’s unfair how you give your hundred percent effort into someone or something, but reciprocate nothing.
It’s unfair right?
Like how the saying “why do bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people” fits right into place.
But if you keep on dwelling into the negativities of life, it would not end, I tell you. Problems may seem like a river, it goes around and around, it never ends. But perhaps you aren’t looking at the bigger picture. Where does most river ends? In the sea? In the ocean? Who knows where your river ends.
We all have our own choice if we will let the current sink us into deeper problems that might seem suffocating or let the current bring us to another place, another level, and another chapter of our lives.
